Come Run

We run all year long from the store.

When is the 6:30 run?
6:30p.m.
Tuesdays and Thursdays
4.5 to 6 miles.
Tuesday is a road run (there is a small trail run group).
Thursday is a trail run but a few run roads.
Bring a reflective vest for roads and a flashlight for the trails from mid-September to mid-April.
(N.B. We run track workouts on Tuesdays at 6:30 from early May to late August.)

When is the 9 am Sunday run?
9 a.m.
Sundays
Usually a longer trail run, although there is often a road group.


A group also meets for a run on Saturday morning at the store - times varies.


If any run is cancelled or moved for a particular reason we will note it on the home page.
